Avoid the possibility of direct sunlight and do not store in any hot rooms. Never store the boots until they have fully dried up and keep the boots upright and free of any encumbrances or weight. The silicone coating can also be applied before storing for a long period.

While rubber rain boots have great versatility they are prone to slipping. Exposing the sole to oily substances such as animal fat and other oil-based solvents should be avoided at all costs as it swells the rubber.
